Foundations of Legal Practice

Mooting is the cornerstone of professional legal training. Our program simulates appellate court proceedings, challenging students to present oral arguments and prepare written facta based on complex legal problems. We focus on sharpening analytical thinking and the ability to respond to intense questioning from a bench of judges
